  1. I’ usually sleep like a rock, When I eat watermelon I toss and turn all night wake up at 2 or 3 in the morning as if it’s 7 am already Took me a while to figure it out. I’m also allergic to corn and anything made from it, avoid preservatives like the plague.

  2. True! Watermelon makes you pee all night long! Of course when I start eating watermelon I don’t stop. So this is why…
    You must eat one cup only and way before you go to sleep like at least 4-5 hours before
